Initial Consultation

New clients must complete intake and consent documentation upon arrival. The session includes comprehensive health discussion followed by treatment.

Follow-up Treatment Sessions

Treatment plans follow Traditional Chinese Medicine's holistic approach. During typical sessions, practitioners insert approximately 4-15 needles. After needle insertion and application of therapeutic heat, clients rest in a calm environment with ambient music for roughly 20 minutes.

Important: The effect of Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are cumulative and it may take anywhere between 2 to 5 treatments before changes can occur in the body.

Pre-Appointment Checklist

• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
• Consume light meals roughly 2 hours before appointment (avoid heavy foods and arriving hungry)
• Bring current medication list including supplements
• Provide honest lifestyle information to enable appropriate treatment recommendations
